Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Applicability of the GTC and Conclusion of Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop www.kindisch.ch. These GTC also apply to sales contracts concluded in other ways, e.g., by telephone, in person, in writing, or on-site.

2. Prices and Special Offers

Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). For customers outside Switzerland, prices are listed in Euros (EUR). These are converted at the current daily exchange rate. The customer will be charged the displayed currency and amount at the time of purchase. Any shipping costs will be billed separately to the buyer.

KINDISCH GmbH reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date apply to customers. The terms and conditions for promotions and discounts are available in the relevant information.

3. Payment Terms

Customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein may pay by credit card, PayPal, or Twint. Customers outside Switzerland may pay by credit card or PayPal. The customer’s account or card will be charged at the time of order.

4. Shipping Terms

Deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are typically made via Swiss Post within a few days. Deliveries outside Switzerland are made either via Swiss Post or DHL. Shipping costs, as well as any customs duties and fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Liability and Warranty

The warranty is governed by statutory provisions. Claims must be submitted in writing via hello@kindisch.ch. The buyer must provide proof of the purchase date via the order confirmation and send the item subject to the claim along with a copy of the invoice. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or excessive wear/strain on the goods do not constitute grounds for a warranty claim.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, specifically the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). The place of jurisdiction is Rapperswil-Jona.
