Refunds

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the merchandise without giving a reason.

Returns: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kindischworld.com. We will then send you detailed instructions on how to return the merchandise. As the buyer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

Return Policy: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Swimwear may only be returned unworn and with all tags attached.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days. The refund does not include the original shipping costs, unless the error was on our part.

Non-refundable items: Personalized items, custom-made items, or items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons are excluded from the right of return.
