Shipping costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are CHF 9.00.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, KINDISCH GmbH is no longer liable for any damage to or loss of the shipment. Any fees and costs associated with third-party transactions are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments without a tracking number cannot be tracked for international shipping.

There are no additional fees for orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We ship all orders from our headquarters in Rapperswil-Jona via Swiss Post.

For orders to the EU or other countries, additional customs and processing fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with the relevant authorities before making your purchase. Since this information varies by country, we are unable to provide specific details.

If you'd like to try a different size or style, simply place a new order. You can then return the item you received but don't like to us as a return, and we will refund the amount upon receipt, as described under RETURNS.

Sale items purchased at a reduced price are excluded from refunds or exchanges.
